Explain your Fractional Family Office approach and how your services fit into a client’s financial life.
Who is it for?
Speak to women business owners and professionals navigating the questions and responsibilities that come with what they’ve built.
What happens next?
Make the path from discovering your content to starting a conversation clear and welcoming.

Adapted content that supports your relationships, community connections, and brand visibility.
Founder-led content for women business owners, executives, professionals, and potential referral partners.
Our initial LinkedIn scope covers one agreed personal profile or company page. We recommend beginning with Stephanie’s personal profile.
We’ll adapt a shared content library to suit each channel. Monthly production quantities represent original assets, rather than separate quantities for every platform.
TikTok and Pinterest can be evaluated as the partnership develops.
You bring your expertise. We’ll help bring it to life.
Each month, we’ll plan and produce a combined photography and video session in Tulsa.

We develop topics, concepts, scripts or talking points, a shot list, and creative direction.

Build the foundation before increasing the volume.
Both options include:
Kickoff & messaging
A working session to define your ideal client, offer, voice, content themes, faith integration, and primary call to action.
Social profile setup
Setup or refinement of the agreed Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence, including bios, profile imagery, links, and Instagram Highlight structure. Accounts remain owned by your business.
Visual content direction

Month One: Build & Introduce
Month Two: Establish Consistency
Month Three: Refine & Plan Ahead
For Option Two, the lead resource and welcome system will be built across the first two months, subject to access, platform capabilities, and approvals. The first month’s two email campaigns will be prepared for an existing permission-based list, or scheduled after the signup system is ready if no list exists.
Months four through six allow us to apply what we’ve learned, strengthen the content library, and continue refining the approach.
The initial publishing date will be confirmed after onboarding, account access, the first shoot, and approvals.
Choose the scope and starting term that fit your launch.
Both options are billed monthly during the agreed term. Content & Social is $4,500/month for six months or $5,000/month for three months. Content, Social & Email is $5,500/month for six months or $6,000/month for three months.
We recommend a six-month partnership to give us time to establish a consistent presence, learn from audience response, and apply those insights.
A three-month launch is also available, with a review before the end of the term to discuss continuation.
There is no separate agency setup fee for the launch work described in this proposal. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, and approved outside location costs are additional.
A clear process, with room for your personality.
Noah Social will:
Plan, produce, edit, organize, and publish the agreed content; manage the calendar; and report on performance.
Stephanie will:
Provide brand materials, service information, account access, and subject-matter expertise; participate in monthly filming; and provide timely, consolidated approvals.
Financial content review
Stephanie will approve scripts before filming and final content before publication, and identify any required disclosures or additional review requirements. Our team will support research and review; financial accuracy and applicable compliance approval remain with Stephanie and any designated reviewer.
What we’ll measure
Relevant reach, engagement, profile activity, website traffic, and trackable inquiries. Option Two also includes email subscriber growth, clicks, and available conversion data. Specific benchmarks will be set after reviewing the starting accounts and tracking setup.
Looking ahead
Broader paid advertising campaigns, additional platforms, event coverage, and support for other businesses can be added through a separate scope.
To get started
Choose your package and initial term. We’ll finalize the agreement, schedule onboarding, and reserve your first content session.
We’d love to help you introduce Pink Collar Planning with care, consistency, and a team you enjoy working with.
